Coratina cultivar
Coratina is a native cultivar of the town of Corato in Puglia and is widespread in Basilicata and Calabria. It is an oil cultivar and its fruits have an elliptical shape and purplish-black colour. The oil produced oil has an intense and fruity, slightly bitter, spicy flavour.
