Bianchera cultivar
The Bianchera cultivar is typical of Friuli Venezia Giulia, in particular of the areas of San Dorligo della Valle and Istria. The plant is resistant to cold and wind. The olives of this cultivar, which are used mainly to produce oil, have an elliptical shape and a purplish green colour.
