INGREDIENTS

  • 6 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 onion
  • 10 Kalamata olives
  • 200 gr feta cheese
  • Dried oregano
  • Salt
  • Extra virgin olive oil

PREPARATION

Chop the tomatoes and cucumbers in cubes and place them in a bowl along with the thinly sliced onion. Add the feta in cubes and the olives, and delicately mix the ingredients while you gradually add the salt, oregano, and extra virgin olive oil.

Let the salad rest for about 10 minutes. Serve with crunchy croutons.
