Ingredients:
- 80 gr of brown sugar
- 80 gr of extra virgin olive oil
- 350 gr of white flour
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp of yeast
- Ginger powder to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- Cloves to taste
- Cinnamon to taste
Preparation:
- Mix the flour, the sugar, the yeast, the salt, and all the spices. Add the egg and extra virgin olive oil to obtain a firm dough.
- Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out. Cut it out using the cookie cutters. Bake for about 15 minutes in a hot oven at 180 degrees.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool and decorate with the white icing.
