INGREDIENTS

  • 1 litre of milk
  • 200 gr of extra virgin olive oil
  • 200 gr of sugar
  • 10 gr of salt

PREPARATION

  1. Heat 400 gr of milk with sugar, salt until melted. Add the remaining cold milk and oil.
  2. Blend everything and put the mixture into the ice-cream machine for a sufficient amount of time and place it in the freezer.
