Ingredients:

  • 460 g of boiled lentils
  • 1 carrots
  • 100 g of breadcrumbs
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Preparation:

  1. Mix the boiled lentils with the carrot. Blend and transfer the mixture to a bowl, then add the extra virgin olive oil, salt, and breadcrumbs. Stir until it is quite solid.
  2. With slightly moist hands form some meatballs and flat them in the middle.
  3. Place the meatballs on a baking tray, add a little oil and cook for about 10 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking.
  4. Serve hot.
