Ingredients:
- 460 g of boiled lentils
- 1 carrots
- 100 g of breadcrumbs
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
Preparation:
- Mix the boiled lentils with the carrot. Blend and transfer the mixture to a bowl, then add the extra virgin olive oil, salt, and breadcrumbs. Stir until it is quite solid.
- With slightly moist hands form some meatballs and flat them in the middle.
- Place the meatballs on a baking tray, add a little oil and cook for about 10 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking.
- Serve hot.
